Authors Tree Publishing promotes and protects its authors’ works. Although the Agreement on Indian Copyright (and, consequently, the legislation of its 170 signatory countries) does not mandate this, we recommend that all authors have their works properly registered. We suggest using the Works Copyright portal – www.workscopyright.com (for all countries) or the Copyright Office – www.copyright.gov.in.
For added protection, all main operations related to Authors Tree Publishing’s authors’ works are logged and maintained by the portal.
All Authors Tree Publishing users (authors, service providers, publishers, and literary agents) must provide accurate and reliable information.
All users acknowledge that their access data (username and password) are personal and private. Each user is solely responsible for the correct use of the portal under their access data.
Authors must present only works for which they are the author or co-author, or for which they have express authorization from the owner.
Publishers acknowledge that they are authorized employees of a publishing company registered and approved by Authors Tree Publishing.
Literary agents acknowledge that they are either authorized employees of a literary agency registered and approved by Authors Tree Publishing, or that they are self-employed professionals registered and approved by Authors Tree Publishing.
Publishers and literary agents acknowledge that works registered at Authors Tree Publishing are protected by international copyright laws, with rights legally bound to their declared authors. They are aware that they must handle such works and authors’ personal information in a strictly lawful manner, always with the authors’ express authorization, for any application whatsoever.
All users acknowledge that all texts, images, features, and characteristics of the Authors Tree Publishing portal are protected by international copyright laws, with rights legally bound to Authors Tree Publishing. They understand that these resources must be dealt with in a strictly lawful manner, always with Authors Tree Publishing's express authorization, for any application whatsoever.
Users are solely responsible for any loss or damage caused to Authors Tree Publishing or any third party due to unlawful or inappropriate use of the content available on the portal.
Authors Tree Publishing acts solely as an integration gateway between users and is not responsible for, nor does it participate in, any agreements, contracts, or negotiations of any kind conducted between users.
Returns
Our refund policy is 15 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items such as food, flowers, and newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
Our products are shipped within 4-7 days using carriers such as Indiapost. To return your product, please mail it to: W/13, Aman Vihar, Mangla, Bilaspur -495001. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
